The goal in my practice is two-fold:

to look to the core of each individual and his/her illness, past the symptoms, and into what is actually causing that body to produce disease
to educate each client on patterns in their current diet/lifestyle that suppress their natural state of health and vitality.

The human body has an amazing capacity to heal itself if given the opportunity. I use a variety of modalities to identify blockages and remove toxins from the body, thus allowing the natural healing process to take place. I then work with you to support the body in its own healing efforts by providing you with individualized wellness recommendations including bio-energetic methods, lifestyle changes, diet, nutrition, herbs and/or supplements.
