Freedom Series: Phase II

Tuesday, June 2, 2009

This workshop continues our journey.  We are going to use the food journal you've been keeping to identify patterns and look for the best avenues to take in order to make the most of your efforts.

In addition, we are also going to:

Personalize our nutritional needs, i.e. food servings per group

Measure calories needed to lose/maintain weight

Personalize our exercise goals

Reveal emotional issues that are locking us into unhealthy patterns

Establish a support group

Discuss a pantry overhaul and basic cooking ideas

RSVP

We were pretty full for phase I, so it is mandatory that you reserve your spot for this phase.  I will not be turning anyone away, but may have to move the workshop to a larger location so please include an email address and phone number with your reply so I can get in touch with you if we do indeed change locations.

Support Circles

I am interested in hosting a support gathering of sorts at the office for current clients, friends of clients, acquaintances, new friends, etc.  This will be a forum for you to talk to others who are going through my treatments/protocols or just interested in finding out more about natural health.

Ideas could include good books/articles you've read, research you've heard about, frustrations you're experiencing etc.

This will be a very informal gathering - a place to talk and get support/information.

Some ideas we've had are:

Morning coffee/tea

Lunch gatherings

Evening coffee/tea/desert

Once a month, twice a month, or even once every two months

Use this link and let me know what you think, please!

A single drop of water has the ability to change the surface of the water surrounding it. In the same way, one first step toward change begins the process of a new creation.
