A single drop of water has the ability to change the surface of the water surrounding it.
In the same way, one first step toward change begins the process of a new creation.
The goal in my practice is two-fold:
· to look to the core of each client, past the symptoms, and into what is actually causing the dis-ease.
In other words, the ‘why’ and the ‘how’ of your current state of health.
· to educate each client on patterns in their current diet/lifestyle that might be suppressing their
natural state of health and vitality. Learn to regain and then keep optimal health.
The human body has an amazing capacity to heal itself if given the opportunity. I use a variety of
modalities to identify blockages and help open the body's pathways, allowing the natural healing
process to take place. I then work with you to support the body in its own healing efforts by
providing you with individualized wellness recommendations including bio-energetic methods,
lifestyle changes, diet, functional nutrition and exercise, herbs and/or supplements. These
personalized recommendations are designed to work with your system in its current state; to give
you exactly what you need and only for as long as you need it.
As a highly trained traditional naturopath, I also offer quantum reflex analysis (Certified Advanced QRA Practitioner), body-field analysis and repair (Certified Master level NES Health Practitioner), Acutonics®, energy body work, functional nutrition, quality nutritional supplements, personalized Ayurvedic yoga therapy, Heartmath heart rate variability assessment and stress management tools, and lifestyle coaching as adjuncts to my practice. I enjoy working with clients of all ages to help them create a more balanced, vital and nourished life.

Testimonials
“Sterling doesn’t look at just one problem or another and affix a solution. She takes the time looks at your health as all of your body working together—dialing into exactly what your body needs, and encourages it to work the way that it should. Not only did Sterling improve my system, but I learned so much from her on how to take better care of myself. I recommend Sterling to everyone!” T. F.
