Healthy Starts Here

Traditional Naturopathy & Herbal Therapies
A single drop of water has the ability to change the surface of the water surrounding it.
In the same way, one first step toward change begins the process of a new creation.

The goal in my practice is two-fold:

·         to look to the core of each client, past the symptoms, and into what is actually causing the dis-ease.

In other words, the ‘why’ and the ‘how’ of your current state of health.

·         to educate each client on patterns in their current diet/lifestyle that might be suppressing their

natural state of health and vitality. Learn to regain and then keep optimal health.

The human body has an amazing capacity to heal itself if given the opportunity. I use a variety of

modalities to identify blockages and help open the body's pathways, allowing the natural healing

process to take place. I then work with you to support the body in its own healing efforts by

providing you with individualized wellness recommendations including bio-energetic methods,

lifestyle changes, diet, functional nutrition and exercise, herbs and/or supplements. These

personalized recommendations are designed to work with your system in its current state; to give

you exactly what you need and only for as long as you need it.

As a highly trained traditional naturopath, I also offer quantum reflex analysis (Certified Advanced QRA Practitioner), body-field analysis and repair (Certified Master level NES Health Practitioner), Acutonics®, energy body work, functional nutrition, quality nutritional supplements, personalized Ayurvedic yoga therapy, Heartmath heart rate variability assessment and stress management tools, and lifestyle coaching as adjuncts to my practice. I enjoy working with clients of all ages to help them create a more balanced, vital and nourished life.

Blog Post: Is Naturopathy Right for You?
Digestion

How and what we feed ourselves is one of the most important ways we support the body; but can also be one of the most confusing areas for us. Throughout the healing process we help you learn how best to nourish YOUR body so the digestion functions easily and smoothly.

Fatigue

Fatigue is one of the most common symptoms reported today and can point to a number of issues. As we begin to heal the body naturally, and restore functionality so it can operate efficiently, we can see more clearly what is at the root of the fatigue. We then work to correct that underlying issue, allowing you to feel your very best.

Detoxification

The body's natural ability to clean, repair and detoxify can become overwhelmed due to poor diet, chronic stress, pollution, pesticides and a host of other factors that go along with living in society today. Naturopathy can help support the body through proper diet, movement, targeted herbal therapies and stress management so your whole system operates more smoothly and efficiently!

Women's Health

Bringing functionality and balance back to the body and mind naturally brings the hormones back into balance. Our short term protocols are designed to begin that process from the start.

Awareness

Becoming aware of dysfunctional patterns in thought and action is the first step toward real change and healing.

Stress

We first learn to identify stress in the body and then learn simple practices to help calm the mind and the nervous systems bringing resilience and coherence.
